Virus Removal - We Run a monthly in depth virus scan. A lot of virus' can plant files deep in your PC that can be triggered by virus' without you realizing they are even there. If you happen to get a virus we remove it for free as long as you have this service!
Set up Lifetime Anti-Virus Software - It's more common than expected that the biggest name anti-virus programs can cause more issues than they save you from with little to no customer support for a lot of money. With the software we install you will have amazing customer support and use the same virus protection databases as the big brand names use.
Download/Install Windows and Software Updates - Windows updates have been know to cause the Blue Screen of Death, or issues that can render your system completely useless. We make a backup of your PC before we do all of your software and windows updates so if anything happens we can have your PC back up and running in no time at all.
Data Backup/Restore - We install a client on your computer that lets you pics folders that have files you want to backup. The files are synced up to the second so if your hard drive fails, you wont lose any files. This is a very good idea for important databases containing your accounting information, clients or files you cant afford to lose.

PC Optimization - We perform a monthly PC tune up. We all know sometimes it doesn't take very long for a PC to start running slow again. This monthly service is to keep your PC running as close to 100% as possible for as long as you have it
Diagnose, Test and Clean up Hard Drive and RAM - Over time your Hard Drives and RAM can start to wear away or get blocked up. We can test to make sure they are running optimally and if they aren't we can clean them up so your PC can run properly. Hard drives failure occur when this goes on for too long which can cause you to lose a lot of your files for good.
Check Windows Logs For Hardware/Software Errors - You may be having issues happening behind the scenes that you don't know about since you aren't being notified. This is why a hard drive failure can be such a surprise. With us monitoring it monthly we will know the second any failure occurs on your PC and if its something critical we will let you know you should back up your data (or let us do it for you) so you don't have to worry about ever losing important files again.

Host an Email Address - If we are hosting your domain we can host professional "@Your domain.com email addresses that we can sync to your phones or email client on your PC. We also provide web access so you can access your email from any computer that has internet access
