What our services can do for you
Virus Removal - We remove all virus' on your PC along with setting you up with a free life long virus protection software. We also secure your browsers with some of the most advanced scripts and add-ons to prevent you from getting virus' again so you can browse safely without the worry of another virus.
System Optimization - For our basic optimization we clean out your registry, remove unwanted programs from starting up with your computer, clean your cache, and remove all the spyware, tool bars and spam that gets installed every you install a "free" program. With our Extensive Optimization, we also defragment your hard drive, and run a quick hard drive repair tool to remove any latency in your hard drive that may be causing programs to open and operate slower. This system optimization increases your PC's Life span, performance and more important for laptops battery life.
Hardware Installation - Our technicians can replace or upgrade and piece of hardware inside of your PC from power supplies and video cards to processors and motherboards in our anti static, dust free room. Opening up your PC in a normal (especially carpeted rooms) opens your PC up to many dangers that can completely burn out your PC's video cards, processors or even motherboards. One small static charge to an internal component can burn it out creating an even bigger issue. Without the correct safety precautions and space to do these in you can create more problems than the one you are currently facing.
Software Installation - A lot of times when you install software it
comes with many programs that you may not even realize. When you run your PC
these programs take up memory and processor power adding more wear and
tear on your PC, causing the rest of your programs to run slow and ,when
surfing the net, to suffer with longer wait times. We make sure that none of
these spam software programs are added, along with making shortcuts for you
and creating a restore point before any changes are made, so if the software
is too much for your PC to handle and it crashes, we will be able to restore
your PC back to exactly the way it was

computer can handle, how much quicker it will be and give you an estimated life span your PC will have, with the new memory installed. More RAM helps out when

PC/Mobile Device Sync - If you and your business are always on the move, we can sync up all of your
devices so you will never have to worry about
leaving a file at home when you need it on the spot. We can also set you up
with a network drive where you can store AND backup any files you need that
you can access anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet
connection. The data is backed up in 3 locations so you will NEVER have to
worry about losing your important files again.
In-House Printer/Router/Wireless Set up - One of our technicians
will come to your house and set up your printer, router and wireless devices.
We also make sure you have a full understanding of how everything works, after everything is set up which will save you the time
and hassle of reading countless manuals trying to
find what you are looking for. If you have any wireless devices we make sure
they are secure and encrypted so ONLY you can access them.
Secure Network Set up - When living in areas such as
apartment complexes where seeing 7-8 different wireless signals can be common
(one possibly being you) we tighten up your security so no one will be able to
access your network. We can set you up with a military grade password that
can't be cracked by hackers tools, along with
software that can detect the second anyone tries to access your network. When
someone gets into your network they potentially have access to any or all of
your private files along with taking valuable bandwidth away from you.
Offsite Data Backup/Recovery - With our data backup/recovery
software we put a network drive on your PC where you put any important files
you can't afford to lose. The data is backed up on
3 different servers across the country so no matter what happens you will
NEVER lose those files. This can be crucial for small businesses that have client and software databases that
can be detrimental if lost. These network drives can be installed on as many
PC's as you would like and can be used as a shared folder for those PC's
PC Imaging - Do you finally have your software installed and your
PC is working EXACTLY the way you want it to? We can take an image of your PC
so if anything ever happens, we can put that image back on your PC. You will be back working in no time at all without
having to look for all of your product keys etc. This works hand in hand with
our data backup/recovery. If you are saving your work on the network drive,
all of the data that normally would have been lost when your computer crashed
would be all set and ready to just as you left it when your PC died out on you
the second we put that image on for you.
Windows XP, Vista and 7 Upgrades - When you are planning on upgrading your PC's Operating System there are a lot of things to take into account. Will your data be backed up ans saved? will your software and hardware be compatible with the new operating system, Can your current PC even handle the upgrade? We will guide you through the whole process, test and make sure all of your devices and software will work, back up your data to make sure nothing is lost and make sure everything runs smoothly after.
Clean Windows XP, Vista and 7 Install - Sometimes you just want to start over from scratch so what we can do is back up all of your important files and software, completely wipe Windows off your PC, physically clean/dust it out, then re-install a brand new version of windows for you. We make sure all of the files and software you needed will be back on your computer and working as good, if not better than the day you got it. This is a good option for computers 2-3 years old where they are still very solid, hi quality machines but just need them running like the day you got it.
Consultation for Network or PC set up - If you plan on starting or expanding your business we can discuss exactly what you are looking for and make it happen. Remote Customer Support - Say you have an emergency and we aren't able to talk you through it, we can give you a key, and you type it into our "Remote Support" link at the top of the page, and we can take control of your PC until the issue is resolved. We can supply remote customer support after regular business hours, fill in the form on our "Contact Us" page and one of our techs will get back to you as soon as we can!
V.I.P. Services - We offer a silver, gold and "make-your-own" monthly V.I.P. plans so you never have to worry about your PC again. Some of the service include monthly virus scans, life long anti-virus protection, monthly system optimizations, data backup/recovery, hosted domain and custom .com email addresses, hardware/software diagnostics, Windows updates, review error logs and we will give you a report at the end of every month telling you exactly what we found, and if there is anything you may need to be aware of such as a hard drive showing signs of a failure. Email Hosting - If you have your own domain, or want us to host one for you, we can supply custom email addresses that we will set up and sync with all of your devices exactly the way you need it. The email is stored on 2 servers so no matter what your emails will never be lost.
